Job Title:- Sales Intern

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.

Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, provide information on available properties, and schedule property viewings.

Administrative Support: Aid the sales team in preparing and organizing documents, contracts, and other paperwork. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.

Market Research: Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Provide insights to help optimize sales approaches.

Property Presentations: Assist in creating visually appealing presentations for properties, including photos, descriptions, and virtual tours.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and execute marketing strategies, promotional events, and open houses.

Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge of real estate sales techniques, market dynamics, and company processes.
