Job Responsibilities:

Handle sales and customer inquiries for electroplating chemicals and related products.

Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable chemical solutions.

Coordinate with production and technical teams for customer support.

Achieve sales targets and maintain regular market follow-ups.

Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain sales records.

Requirements:

Experience in electroplating chemicals, surface treatment, or chemical sales preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic technical knowledge of electroplating processes.

Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Freshers with a relevant chemical background may also apply.
