• handle inbound/outbound calls on sales leads and pitch appropriate health check-up packages to convert interested prospects into customers.
• remain fully updated and knowledgeable at all times of all our packages/products and discuss available options with customers with accuracy and high levels of service approach to build enduring and trust-based relationships with customers.
• go the extra mile to stretch & achieve sales targets, and earn industry-best incentives.
• candidates should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and preferably be from a healthcare background or a similar sales process for a healthcare brand.
