Working knowledge of all safety equipments especially firefighting, Alarm & prevention system, Hydrants, Sprinkler systems etc.

In depth knowledge of legislation (. OSHA/EPA) and procedures

Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials and practices

Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics

Working knowledge of safety management information systems

Excellent communication skills with the ability to implement health and safety Systems.

Related Organisation experience is an added advantage

Support the development of OHS policies and programs

Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures

Review existing policies and measures and update.

Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives

Frequently conduct Drills

Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity and address the same.

Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.

Identify & impart requisite training
