Job Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environment
❖ Lead accident/injuries investigation by evaluating and analyzing accident reports, workman's compensation claims
,data for related trends to establish root cause analysis to prepare recommendations for preventions.
❖ Designed the monitoring of workplace environments by analyzing work operations and processes,materials,equipment and work habits
of employees, incident reporting ,standard operating procedures(SOP) and maintaining training records and effectively
managing CAPA
❖ Designed and implemented systematic safety inspections/audit to detect hazards and unsafe conditions to ensure compliance with
governmental regulations and corporate EHS policies.
❖ Conducted routine audits, inspections, risk assessments, developed corrective actions to mitigate or control risks by assuring
Health and Safety of employee and regulatory compliance.
❖ Effectively managing activities related to issue work permit for Work at height, Electrical Work permit, Lockout &Tag out
&ringadherencetothePPE,HearingConservation,FireControl,MachineGuarding,Local Exhaust
Ventilation, Flammable liquid. Hazardous Material, Material Handling Equipment
,Lift Truck, Warehouse Safety.
❖ Monitor and maintain effective Fire Fighting system(Fire Hydrant, firstaid fire Fighting Equipments (Fire Extinguishers, Fire
Buckets etc.) within the premises as per the statutory provisions.
❖ PerformHSEinductiontrainingfornewcomersandperformemergencyplanningandpreparedness.
❖ Managed Hazardous waste program and maintained required documentations, perform regular inspectionsof operations,
maintenance activities and provided directions to continuing environmental compliance.
