🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Retail Sales professional with strong hands-on experience in DG Sets / Gensets sales. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in dealer network expansion, regional market development, and achieving aggressive sales targets.

⚠️ Please note: Candidates without DG Set / Genset sales experience will not be considered.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Drive retail sales of DG Sets / Gensets in the assigned territory

Develop and expand dealer & distributor network

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Strengthen relationships with channel partners and end customers

Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration

Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends

Ensure timely collections and support after-sales coordination

✅ Mandatory Requirements

✔ 3–10 years of Retail / Channel Sales experience in DG Sets / Gensets (Strictly Required)

✔ Strong experience in dealer & distributor network management

✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✔ Good understanding of regional market dynamics

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills

✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
