We are looking for In Store Promoter for Harman, who would:The position is based out of the LFR/GT store and involves counter sales.Sale & Target achievement to the store deployed.On-time Arrival at the store.Maintaining the right hygiene - Brand uniform and grooming.Maintaining the right planogram and fixture with all the demo devices.Age: 20 to 25 years ideally.12th / Graduation degree should be completed.Should be based out of requirement city and preferably in the vicinity of the store.Communication Establish a connection with the customer and convey our proposition in a clear manner (English / Hindi / Regional Language)Nimble Learning or Critical Thinking – New products would require one to always seek and learn more about our products and technology (learning agility)Interpersonal Savvy or Collaboration – Work closely with all stakeholders – sales team, retailers and other brand promoters.Salary: 22k - 26k/M + Up to 20k IncentivesExp.
