in Store Promoter - Harman/ JBL

We are looking for In Store Promoter for Harman, who would:

The position is based out of the LFR/GT store and involves counter sales.

Sale & Target achievement to the store deployed.

On-time Arrival at the store.

Maintaining the right hygiene - Brand uniform and grooming.

Maintaining the right planogram and fixture with all the demo devices.

Age: 20 to 25 years ideally.

12th / Graduation degree should be completed.

Should be based out of requirement city and preferably in the vicinity of the store.

Communication Establish a connection with the customer and convey our proposition in a clear manner (English / Hindi / Regional Language)

Nimble Learning or Critical Thinking – New products would require one to always seek and learn more about our products and technology (learning agility)

Interpersonal Savvy or Collaboration – Work closely with all stakeholders – sales team, retailers and other brand promoters.

Salary: 22k - 26k/M + Up to 20k Incentives
