retail salesperson job duties:

welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

advises customers by providing information on products.

helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.

documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.

required experience, skills and qualifications

should be flexible to work in shifts.

well versed in calculation - addition , subtraction , multiplication , division , simplification ,average , percentage , profit & loss , cross multiplication .

not be reluctant in customer calling.

should be well versed in basic excel sheet management.
