Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Promoters to manage retail counters at outlets. The candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, product promotion, sales conversion, stock handling, and maintaining counter hygiene while representing the brand professionally.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to explain Panchgavya-based products and their health, spiritual, and eco-friendly benefits to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling & Sales
Attend and assist walk-in customers at retail counters
Explain product features, benefits, and usage effectively
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs
Generate sales and achieve assigned daily/monthly targets
Product Promotion
Promote Panchgavya-based products and brand offerings
Inform customers about ongoing offers, combos, and new launches
Educate customers about natural, wellness, and eco-friendly products
Counter & Display Management
Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays
Ensure proper product visibility and stock arrangement
Follow company display and branding guidelines
Stock Handling
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment
Check damaged or expired products regularly
Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) inventory practices
Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily sales and activity reports
Share customer feedback and market demand trends
Coordinate with supervisors and sales teams
Brand Representation
Maintain professional grooming and behavior
Represent the brand positively at all customer touchpoints
Follow company policies, discipline, and shift schedules
Promotional Activities
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and activations
Assist in product demonstrations and sample distribution
Support seasonal and festive sales initiatives
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass
1+ years of retail sales/promoter experience preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Gujarati language preferred
Own 2-wheeler
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Presentable personality with a sales-oriented approach
