Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Greeting and Assisting Customers**: Welcome customers warmly and help them find products that meet their needs.

- **Product Knowledge**: Learn about the merchandise in the store to provide accurate information and answer customer queries effectively.

- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions efficiently at the cash register, handling cash and electronic payments carefully.

- **Handling Customer Complaints**: Address any customer concerns or issues professionally and work to resolve them to ensure satisfaction.
