Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets

Resolve merchants queries and coordination with internal stakeholders for quick resolution

Capture customer/channel/merchant feedback and feed forward to team leader to improve product offering in the market

Remain informed and up to date with regards to, competitors activity, product knowledge and continuously strive to develop own skills and knowledge in order to perform optimally
