Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

Welcome customers and assist children and parents in exploring the store.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable toys based on age, interests and budget.

Demonstrate toys and explain their features and benefits.

Fun & In-Store Experience

Engage children through fun activities, games and interactive toy demonstrations.

Create an exciting and welcoming environment within the store.

Encourage children to explore and experience different toys.

Retail Sales

Assist customers throughout their shopping journey and convert enquiries into sales.

Recommend additional and complementary products.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store performance.

Store Management & Presentation

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.

Keep toys, shelves and customer areas neat and organised.

Support stock replenishment, product tagging and inventory management.

Customer Service

Handle customer queries and provide a pleasant shopping experience.

Assist with billing, packaging and other store activities as required.
