- the job involves sales & customer support to website & in-store visitors.

- converting online /offline leads into actual sales.

- live chat with website visitors

- providing buying assistance to website visitors like payments links etc.

- providing in-depth information to potential customers on call & in-store.

- telephonic communication with domestic & international customers.

- updating customers about their order, dispatch & delivery status.

- helping customers with full product information, recommendation & guidance.

- sharing product catalog & other details with customers via email & whatsapp.

- addressing customer's grievances & suggestions.

the candidate must be pleasant, positive-minded & polite.

the person should have zeal & zest to achieve set goals & targets.

previous experience in luxury or lifestyle segment products would be a plus.

good communication & presentation skills, good command over english and hindi is a must.

the candidate should be located in new delhi or nearby areas.

office timings - 1 pm to 7 pm (tuesday to sunday)

store location - shubh gems, lajpat nagar 2, new delhi
