As a Restaurant Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Supervising Staff: Oversee the performance of servers and kitchen staff, ensuring they maintain high service standards and are well-coordinated during busy periods.

- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests, addressing any concerns swiftly and professionally to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat visits.

- Order Management: Take and manage customer orders accurately, communicating them effectively to the kitchen while ensuring timely delivery.

- Training Junior Staff: Provide guidance and training for new staff members, sharing best practices to ensure excellent service and team collaboration.

- Handling Payments: Process payments efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with care, and ensuring that receipts are provided.

Required skills and expectations include:
