Job Description

• handle room reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms.

• update and manage room inventory and rates across all channels.

• maintain guest records and reservation systems efficiently.

• coordinate with front office and sales team to maximize occupancy and revenue.

• assist guests with queries, special requests, and booking modifications.

• prepare daily reservation reports and ensure data accuracy.

requirements:

• graduate in any discipline; diploma/degree in hotel management preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in hotel reservations.

• excellent communication and computer skills (pms knowledge preferred).
