We are seeking a Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in audience acquisition, database management, and CXO-level engagement, helping us connect with the right professionals and decision-makers across industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Contact Profiling and Database Management:

o Build and manage a robust database of relevant contacts, including CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads, using platforms like LinkedIn, client websites, and other resources.

 Audience Acquisition:

o Identify target sectors, companies, and prospects for events and webinars.

o Reach out to CXO-level professionals to promote participation in events and webinars.

 Invitation Process Management:

o Manage the invitation process, including sending event invites and follow-ups.

o Contact delegates to invite and confirm attendance.

 Campaign Execution:

o Create and execute effective outreach campaigns, such as email blasts, to maximize event participation.

 Database Updates:

o Enter and update customer information in the database with accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills:

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the confidence to interact with CXO-level professionals.

 Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions is a plus.

 Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

 Minimum Education: Graduate (Engineering, MBA, or BBA preferred).

Experience:

 Minimum of 1 year of experience in contact identification, database profiling, and audience acquisition.
