Relationship Officer-Merchant Acquisition Business in Indusind Bank

Key Responsibilities:

° Identify Key Micro Markets and Focused Categories for offline Merchant Acquisition.

° Manage entire process of on boarding to deployment of Swipe Machines, incubate Key Account Business.

° Provide Merchant issue resolution, drive month on month transactions growth.

° Revisit the top transacting merchants as per PJP on a monthly basis.

° Track and share competition activity in the market.

Qualification Required:

° 1+ years of Merchant Acquisition/ Key Account Management experience.

° Banking or Fintech experience preferred.

Skills Required:

° Excellent Communication and influencing Skills.

° Strong stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management.
