drive life/health/general insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and productivity norms.
ensure cross-selling of appropriate insurance solutions to bank customers.
relationship management:
build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (branch managers, relationship officers, etc.).
train bank staff regularly on product knowledge and sales skills.
customer service:
assist bank customers with insurance queries and claims support.
