Sales & Business Development:
Drive life/health/general insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and productivity norms.
Ensure cross-selling of appropriate insurance solutions to bank customers.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (branch managers, relationship officers, etc.).
Train bank staff regularly on product knowledge and sales skills.
Customer Service:
Assist bank customers with insurance queries and claims support.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
Operational & Compliance:
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
Follow all regulatory and compliance standards set by IRDAI and the insurer.

Education: Graduation (mandatory), MBA preferred.
Experience: 1��5 years of experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.
Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach.
Ability to build strong partnerships with bank staff.
