Relationship Officer - Chennai

As a Relationship Officer in Chennai, your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while promoting our services and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work in the office and will be responsible for the following:

- **Client Engagement**: Reach out to existing and potential clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

- **Service Promotion**: Clearly explain and promote the company’s services, ensuring clients understand the benefits and options available to them.

- **Issue Resolution**: Act as the first point of contact for clients’ concerns, addressing any issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.

- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the customer relationship management (CRM) system to track progress and outcomes.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various departments, including sales and support teams, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and achieve business goals.

Candidates should have 1 to 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or service. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear interaction with clients. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly will be key to your success in this role. Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
