We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include lead hunting, conversion of potential leads to customers, also assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.
Should have excellent communication skills
Contacting potential or existing customers to pitch & follow-up on sales
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve & address issues
Ability to quickly learn about products & services & describe/explain them to prospects
