Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with agents, offering support and motivation to foster long-term success.
Market & Competitor Insights: Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that agents adhere to all regulatory standards and company policies. Provide regular reports on agent performance and sales progress to senior management.
