Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Training: Identify and onboard agents, conduct regular training, and ensure agents are equipped to sell insurance products.
Sales Management: Set sales goals, track performance, provide guidance, and implement strategies to boost sales.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agents, motivate, and support their professional development.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure agents comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
