Key Responsibilities:
Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches under the bancassurance model.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and staff to achieve business targets.
Conduct regular product training and joint fieldwork with bank employees.
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and branch activation activities.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction through efficient policy issuance and grievance handling.
Analyze and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and performance to management.
Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met in all customer interactions and processes.
Identify new business opportunities within the allocated territory or branch network.
