job description:

eureka outsourcing solutions is hiring relationship managers for their aditya birla bfsi process.

this role involves managing customer relationships through inbound/outbound calls, focusing on sales or service within the bfsi sector.

key responsibilities:

handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally

promote and cross-sell financial products and services (insurance, mutual funds, nbfcs, etc.)

address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly

maintain quality communication and adhere to call center standards

eligibility criteria:

education: 12th pass / graduate

experience: minimum 2 years of call center experience in the bfsi sector (nbfcs, banks, insurance, mutual funds)

gender preference: female

communication: must have english versant 6 level (good communication skills mandatory)

job details:

shift timing: day shift | 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

working days: monday to saturday

weekly off: 1 rotational off

salary: as per last drawn (open bracket)
