We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, provide personalized matchmaking services, and achieve assigned business targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving membership upgrades, maintaining regular client engagement, and supporting clients throughout their matrimony journey.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Understand client preferences, expectations, and partner requirements.
Provide personalized matchmaking assistance and recommendations.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding profile activity and match responses.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
Address client concerns, objections, and escalations effectively.
Service Delivery
Guide clients on profile enhancement and effective usage of matrimony services.
Coordinate introductions and facilitate communication between prospective matches.
Monitor client engagement and proactively suggest suitable profiles.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure service commitments and quality standards are consistently met.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Drive membership renewals, upgrades, and premium service sales.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Convert leads and inquiries into paid memberships.
Maintain target achievement while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Performance & Reporting
Track daily activities, conversions, and client interactions.
Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
Maintain data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Contribute to team goals and participate in performance review meetings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue target achievement.
Membership renewal and upgrade conversion rate.
Customer satisfaction score.
