Key Performance/Role &Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Development : Develop and implement a strategic supply chain vision and plan aligned with the company's overall objectives.

Evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve agility.

Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, vendors, and suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of materials.

Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Monitor supplier performance, quality, and reliability, and implement improvement initiatives as needed.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions

Operations Management: Supervise and manage all key supplier relations department operations related to logistics, supply chain and finance.

Work with Group Company resources and cross-function to streamline supply chain and logistics operations.

Identify challenges, gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.

Develop sourcing plans to deliver lean and agile supply chain, risk mitigation and value.

Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. Identify and quality new suppliers in coordination with other departments.

Maintain compliance relating to Imports & Customs Duty and reviewing of tariff codes.

Supervise and manage all key supplier relations department operations related to logistics, supply chain and finance.
