A leading architectural hardware manufacturing company is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to manage and grow business across West & Central India. The role focuses on channel sales expansion, dealer/distributor management, team leadership, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end regional sales operations for Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Rajasthan, MP & CG
Drive sales growth through channel sales and project sales
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners
Identify new markets, business opportunities, and expansion strategies
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market movements
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatches, and collections
Prepare and review MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance dashboards
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Candidate Profile
10 15 years of total sales experience
Minimum 5 6 years experience in architectural hardware / building materials industry
Strong channel sales exposure (mandatory)
Project sales experience is an added advantage
Experience managing multi-state territories
Proven team handling and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills
Willing to travel extensively (1518 days per month)
