- Build and grow the region

- P&L Responsibility of the region.

- Handling end to end vertical functions (Sales/Delivery/Backend Support)

- Handling Day to day Operations and Transactions.

- Dealing with Clients for Acquisitions/Escalations/Payments/BGV etc.

- Responsible for smooth functioning of the region.

- Ownership and reporting of Recruitment & Operations team of the region.

- Designing KRAs/KPIs for the team members.

- Responsible to create a Hierarchy and Growth Structure for the Team members.

- Monitoring and Mentoring the Team members for their personal and organizational growth.

- Designing Strategies for the growth of region in accordance with the organization vision

- Liaison between Management and interdepartmental stake holders with Respect to vertical

- Ensuring Profitability.
