• Should have strong experience ( 2 – 8 years) in Recruitment/Staffing Industry.
• Experience in complete Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.
• Managing End to End Recruitment/Staffing activities of Permanent/Contract Staffing Hiring of Clients
• Experience in team handling between 2 - 8 Recruiters.
• Responsible to achieve individual and team’s Revenue Target.
• Responsible Client Engagement/Relations and Deliverables.
• Responsible Client Revenue Collection from Clients.
• Must be target driven and resulted oriented person.
• Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
