We are Trehan International - pioneers in Recruitment & Immigration of Blue Collar staff, with expertise over 4 decades. Currently, we are hiring Recruiters.

A usual day will involve: -

Sourcing profiles according to the job specifications, through online/offline channels (. social platforms, professional networks, existing database, etc.)

Screening through calls in person interviews and following up on selection procedure.

Coordination and Follow-up with the candidates.

Actively building prospective candidate database updated; Maintain strong relationship with existing and building network of new candidates while ensuring high standards of service. Deliver consistent, high quality and professional level of service at all times

Efficiently and effectively handle each call.

Preferred Candidates:

Hands-on experience in End-to-End Recruitment for Blue Collar Hiring.

Capable of handling work pressure and targets.

Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years

Education Required: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience : 0 - 3 Years
