Position Title: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA-Certified)

Location: Delhi-NCR (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon)

Sector: Banking / NBFC Debt & Financial Recovery Services

Reports To: Territory Manager / Recovery Head

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with debtors through phone calls and field visits to collect outstanding payments and manage recovery portfolios.

Negotiate repayment plans and settlements, ensuring that recoveries are achieved in a timely and compliant manner.

Gather and maintain evidence from field work (documents, photographs, verifications) and submit detailed reports of activities and outcomes.

Enter data into mobile/tablet based systems; maintain accurate records in the companys recovery tracking system.

Meet assigned monthly and weekly recovery targets; earn additional incentive and commission based on performance.

Represent the company professionally and ethically during all interactions; adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Valid DRA Certificate (as required for Debt Recovery Agents under Indian banking/NBFC regulatory framework).

Proficient in Hindi; good communication skills in English are required.

Willingness & ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory; comfortable with field-work conditions.

Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and results-oriented.

Experience in mobile/tablet data entry; comfortable learning and using digital tools.

Prior experience in debt-recovery, banking/NBFC collections or field sales is an advantage.
