key responsibilities:

engage with debtors through phone calls and field visits to collect outstanding payments and manage recovery portfolios.

negotiate repayment plans and settlements, ensuring that recoveries are achieved in a timely and compliant manner.

gather and maintain evidence from field work (documents, photographs, verifications) and submit detailed reports of activities and outcomes.

enter data into mobile/tablet based systems; maintain accurate records in the companys recovery tracking system.

meet assigned monthly and weekly recovery targets; earn additional incentive and commission based on performance.

represent the company professionally and ethically during all interactions; adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

required qualifications & skills:

minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

valid dra certificate (as required for debt recovery agents under indian banking/nbfc regulatory framework).

proficient in hindi; good communication skills in english are required.

willingness & ability to travel extensively across the assigned territory; comfortable with field-work conditions.

strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and results-oriented.

experience in mobile/tablet data entry; comfortable learning and using digital tools.

prior experience in debt-recovery, banking/nbfc collections or field sales is an advantage.
