• you are responsible for front desk safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.
• you are responsible for tracking daily task of all the peon and also to track absenteeism of peon and to inform hr accordingly
• responsible for conferring and coordinating with other departments for housekeeping and visitors
• to ensure all the paper work related to guest management, inventory of pantry items

• proactively participation in strategic development especially in sales initiatives, training and development & policy changes.
