Designation: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize customer flow.

Customer Registration: Ensure accurate customer registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.

Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify insurance information, and assist with billing-related inquiries.

Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Customer Records: Maintain and update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory and stock availability.

Required Skills:

Graduation / BCOM /BSC or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a wellness or healthcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle patient information with confidentiality and sensitivity.

Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.
