job description:

we are looking for a well-spoken and professional receptionist to join our hospital team in jhotwara, jaipur. as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the receptionist plays a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient front-desk service.

key responsibilities:

greet and assist patients and visitors courteously

manage front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out

handle phone calls, appointments, and inquiries

maintain patient records and data entry in hospital systems

coordinate with nursing staff and doctors for scheduling

handle billing coordination and payment follow-ups if needed

required skills:

good communication and interpersonal skills

basic computer knowledge (ms office, data entry)

polite and professional behavior

ability to multitask and stay organized

familiarity with hospital environment is a plus
