Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our office in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. Your key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate staff, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate should be a female graduate with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
