Nivya Respiratory Centre was launched on November 14,1994 at Sankarnagar, an outskirt town of Tirunelveli at the outset with out-patient department. Soon DR.P.Manimozhian expanded his outpatient service at Tirunelveli city as well, the Head Quarters of Tirunelveli District. Seven years later, early in May 2002
