Microsoft Office Receptionist Activities
To perform all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of the Firm's main entrance.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
To make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them.
Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them and pass the message to the concerned person.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Maintaining in and out register / MIS for the person going on a short break.
Maintain MIS for Courier and Speed Post.
Maintain and look after the schedule for the conference room.
