*Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals. *Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes.

*Develop, enhance, implement comprehensive sales strategies and other promotional activities to achieve targeted sales.

*Business opportunities must be planned and analyzed.

*Procuring new clients and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

*Provide guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluating their performance.

*Ability to motivate & lead people, hold employees accountable.

*Delivery of target top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales target.

.*Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.

*Educating the client with market trends, keeping them aware with rental returns and price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.

*Competitor trend monitoring and benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities order to meet all customer expectations, such as keeping up with competitors, commercial property offering, pricing, Location, quality and so on.
