key responsibilities:

lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets across multiple projects.

develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically for affordable housing and flats projects.

build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers to maximize sales opportunities.

drive the end-to-end sales cycle including client sourcing, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.

monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align sales strategies.

ensure timely collection of payments, documentation, and resolution of client queries.

collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, events, and promotional activities to boost lead generation.

prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and mis for management review.
