We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Aerocity, Mohali. This role is ideal for new graduates or those with up to four years of experience in sales. You will help clients find their ideal properties while building lasting relationships in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Interaction**: Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences. Provide information about properties while ensuring a positive experience for clients.
2. **Property Listings**: Manage property listings and ensure they are updated with accurate details. Conduct market research to remain informed about available properties and competitive pricing.
3. **Property Showings**: Organize and conduct property viewings for interested clients. Highlight property features and answer any questions to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. **Negotiation**: Assist clients with negotiations, helping them get the best deals while maintaining fairness and transparency throughout the process.
5. **Admin Tasks**: Maintain records of client interactions and transactions accurately. Prepare reports and documentation as required to support sales processes.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. A basic understanding of real estate principles is beneficial. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess good organizational skills to manage multiple listings. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential in this role.
