1. being in the site location and talk to customers about the project, help answer all their questions

2. understand the property and ask questions to us so that you don't have any doubts.

3. communicating effectively with customers, so that they don't have any unanswered questions about what our projects are offering

4. handling negotiations and closing sales with our help

5. collaborating with other marketing and sales team members daily and ensure there's progress on a daily basis

7. providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
