π― position: pre-sales executive
π location: gurgaon (on-site)
π key responsibilities:
le inbound/outbound calls and explain project details to potential leads.
ify leads and schedule meetings, video calls, or site visits for the sales team.
tain client engagement through whatsapp, email, and follow-ups.
unicate project information clearly and professionally.
te and maintain crm with lead status and follow-up remarks.
icipate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
re smooth coordination between client and sales team.
ert warm inquiries into interested prospects.
π who should apply?
β β3 years of pre-sales / telecalling / real estate/edtech/bpo experience
β excellent communication skills (hindi & english preferred)
β confident, positive, and relationship-building attitude
β comfortable with daily calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
β basic knowledge of real estate sales is a plus (not mandatory)
