handling, and project coordination, along with the ability to manage site visits and fieldwork
independently.
key responsibilities:
manage day-to-day activities related to real estate projects
coordinate and conduct regular site visits with clients and internal teams
follow up with leads and assist the sales team in closing deals
handle client queries and provide detailed project information
prepare and maintain all required documentation and reports
coordinate with brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders
ensure timely execution and tracking of project milestones
provide post-sales support and customer service
requirements:
bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field
2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or project coordination
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
proficient in ms office and crm software
must be willing to travel for site visits
2-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license
strong understanding of real estate documentation and sales processes
preferred:
experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
familiarity with local property market and regulation
