Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Manager with a strong background in
the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, client
handling, and project coordination, along with the ability to manage site visits and fieldwork
independently.
Key Responsibilities:
ï‚· Manage day-to-day activities related to real estate projects
ï‚· Coordinate and conduct regular site visits with clients and internal teams
ï‚· Follow up with leads and assist the sales team in closing deals
ï‚· Handle client queries and provide detailed project information
ï‚· Prepare and maintain all required documentation and reports
ï‚· Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and other stakeholders
ï‚· Ensure timely execution and tracking of project milestones
ï‚· Provide post-sales support and customer service
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
ï‚· 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or project coordination
ï‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ï‚· Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
ï‚· Must be willing to travel for site visits
ï‚· 2-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license
ï‚· Strong understanding of real estate documentation and sales processes
Preferred:
ï‚· Experience in residential or commercial real estate projects
ï‚· Familiarity with local property market and regulation
