About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive / Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers €” understanding their requirements, sharing project details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Lead Handling: Make outbound calls to potential buyers generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and inquiries.

🏡 Project Presentation: Explain project details, amenities, location advantages, and pricing to customers.

📋 Lead Qualification: Identify genuine buyers, understand their needs, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

💬 Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into site visits.

📊 Database Management: Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely updates of follow-up actions.

🤝 Coordination: Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:

œ… Graduate / HSC passed with good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

œ… Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Pre-sales.

œ… Strong persuasion and customer service skills.

œ… Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

œ… Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
