about the role:

we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven pre-sales executive / telecaller to join our dynamic real estate sales team. you will be the first point of contact for potential customers understanding their requirements, sharing project details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

key responsibilities:

lead handling: make outbound calls to potential buyers generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and inquiries.

project presentation: explain project details, amenities, location advantages, and pricing to customers.

lead qualification: identify genuine buyers, understand their needs, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

follow-ups: maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, whatsapp, and emails to convert leads into site visits.

database management: maintain lead data in crm and ensure timely updates of follow-up actions.

coordination: work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

requirements:

graduate / hsc passed with good communication skills in english, hindi, and marathi.

minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in real estate / telecalling / pre-sales.

strong persuasion and customer service skills.

basic computer knowledge and familiarity with crm tools.

positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
