experience required: 4-5 years

job responsibilities:

• drafting, vetting, and reviewing real estate documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, mous, and title reports.

• conducting due diligence, title verification, and legal research on real estate matters.

• advising clients on property transactions, regulatory compliance, and land laws.

• coordinating with government authorities for property registrations and approvals.

• assisting in dispute resolution and litigation related to real estate matters.

key responsibilities:

• research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.

• maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.

• collaborate with senior advocates and associates on complex cases.

• manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

qualifications and skills:

• bachelor’s degree in law (llb) from a recognized university.

• enrolled as an advocate with the bar council of india.

• proficiency in marathi is required.

• strong knowledge of property laws, rera, land acquisition, and contracts.

• excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and research skills.

• strong written and verbal communication skills.

• ability to manage multiple transactions and work independently.

• high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
