We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, property sales, and managing relationships with customers to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the Noida property market.
Conduct property site visits and provide clients with all necessary information.
Negotiate deals and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an updated database of leads and properties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through campaigns, events, and promotions.
Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and local real estate developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Real Estate, Business, or Marketing).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply).
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client management skills.
Knowledge of the Noida property market and local regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
