Identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand the company's reach in target markets.

Training and educating channel partners on the company's properties and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions.

Coordinating with the marketing department to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and events.

Monitoring and analyzing channel performance to identify areas for improvement and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.

Providing regular reports on channel sales performance to senior management.

Negotiating and managing contracts with channel partners, including commission structures and other incentives.

Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as sales and operations, to ensure channel partners receive the necessary support.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

To be successful in this role, a channel sales manager for a real estate firm must have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a solid understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of sales or channel management experience in the real estate industry.
