Hiring Freshers || Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding property investments and specify what they are looking for in a property.

- Market Research: Stay informed about the local real estate market, including property values, trends, and competitive listings to provide accurate information to clients.

- Property Listings: Create and maintain listings for properties, using various channels to ensure maximum visibility and attracting potential buyers or tenants.

- Showings and Open Houses: Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.

- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts between buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms for your clients.

- Paperwork Management: Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and a smooth transaction process.
