people located near north mumbai/ south mumbai will be given preference.

the individual will be in charge of handling clients and closing real estate deals for f&b, retail & office spaces for rent/sale in the mumbai metro area. you will be allocated a specific location, ideally close to your home and a location you know well.

most generous payouts, advanced payments given, leads provided, access to the largest direct commercial inventory, team to assist in offering properties along with a client relationship management team, mobile, business cards, laptop all provided.

your job is to add maximum value to jagaha clients (ie to close deals for our owners & our property seekers).

if you're successful, you should make a minimum 10l annually after initial training your first year, but with our payouts and if you crack a few medium/large size deals could easily make 30l+, if not more. thereafter, 1cr+ possible, but would require serious dedication with numerous large deals done.

please note, this is not an entry-level job, minimum 4-5 years work experience required. this is an incentives only role. you must be able to support yourself for several months.
