We are looking for a dedicated Ramp Supervisor to oversee ramp operations in Paschim Medinipur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth airport ground handling and maintain safety standards while managing the staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Ramp Operations: Oversee the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, ensuring efficiency and safety during all operations.

- Staff Management: Coordinate with ground crew members, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure that everyone meets operational standards.

- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed during ramp operations and conduct regular safety checks to minimize accidents.

- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for all ramp-related activities, communicating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during ramp operations quickly and effectively, working to find solutions that minimize disruptions.
